1983 – A Newton Insurance Corp. opens their doors in a small office space off Park Avenue in Orange Park Florida.
2001 – Raymond H. Watkins, Jr. former Allstate Insurance Agent acquires A Newton Insurance from retiring founder Donald Newton and forms A Newton & Watkins Insurance.
2004 – Cindy Young, General Lines agent joins the team as a producing partner.
2012 – Cindy Young acquires A Newton & Watkins Insurance and forms A Newton & Young Insurance, LLC.
2015 – A Newton & Young Insurance acquires Community Insurance of Orange Park, formerly operated by Will Ruffin.
2015 – A Newton & Young Insurance acquires 1544 Kingsley Ave for new Corporate Offices.
2016 – A Newton & Young Insurance moves into new Headquarters following complete renovation.
